* **Health Status:** By booking a class or purchasing a membership through this website, you represent that you are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any medical condition, impairment, or disease that would prevent your safe participation in martial arts training.

* **On-Site Waiver:** Agreeing to these website terms does not replace our standard physical liability waiver. All members and guests must sign a comprehensive, in-person Liability Waiver and Release before participating in their first physical class at our facility.

3. Eligibility & Account Security

* **Age Requirements:** You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase memberships or register for accounts online. A parent or legal guardian must register and sign on behalf of any minors participating in classes.

4. Billing & Purchases

* **Pricing & Currency:** All prices for memberships, class packages, trials, and merchandise are listed in USD and are subject to change at our discretion.

* **Automatic Renewals:** Recurring monthly memberships are billed automatically to your card on file each month until officially canceled.

* **Cancellation Policy:** To cancel a recurring membership, you must submit a written cancellation request via email or through our official member portal at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

* **Refund Policy:** All sales of class packages, trial offers, and recurring membership dues are final and non-refundable.

5. Class Attendance & Reservations

* **Booking:** Class spots are limited. We highly recommend reserving your spot in advance through our online schedule or member app.

* **Cancellation Window:** If you cannot attend a booked class, you must cancel your reservation at least 2 hours prior to the class start time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of that class credit or a late-cancel fee.

6. Code of Conduct

We pride ourselves on maintaining a respectful, safe, and clean training environment. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, terminate website accounts, or revoke gym memberships (without a refund) for any individual who exhibits disruptive behavior, harassment, unsafe training practices, or violates facility safety rules.

* **Message Frequency:** Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with us. Recurring marketing messages will not exceed two messages per month. Transactional messages are sent as triggered by your requests or account updates.
