Frequently Asked Questions
How many people are in a group class?
Classes will range between 15-30 people. We always have 2+ instructors to help out to never let you feel forgotten.
Will there be other beginners in my class?
Always. There are beginners in every class. The great thing about our family is that other members are always happy to help too.
Is this another 'cardio kickboxing' class?
No. Our workout consists of body toning, true martial art technique, and resistance training to burn maximum amount of fat in the shortest amount of time.
How many classes per week should I attend?
Most members get great results attending 1-2 classes per week. We have over 30+ classes, 7 days a week, to accommodate even the busiest of schedules. 
Can't I just do some 'cardio' instead ?
We have designed revolutionary technology and perfected a secret strategy of specific resistance training that will turn you into a fat-melting beast. The best part about this... the results are not only fast, they're FUN! 
Do I need to 'get in shape' before I start?
No. Our classes are designed to allow members of all levels to train 'at their own pace'. Beginners & advance students can enjoy the benefits and results in the same class. We are here to GET you in shape, or to take you to the next level. 
How long is the kickboxing class?
Our kickboxing classes are only 45 minutes long.
